Warranty Policy

Our comforters are backed by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects such as faulty stitching, fabric defects, and issues with the down fill.

If you discover a defect in your down comforter within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We may request that you provide photos or other documentation of the defect in order to evaluate the issue.

If we determine that the defect is covered under the warranty, we will offer a repair or replacement of the comforter. In some cases, we may request that you return the defective item to us for evaluation.

Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear. We also do not cover issues related to allergies or sensitivities to down or other materials.

To ensure that your down comforter remains in good condition and to prevent damage that may not be covered under the warranty, we recommend following the care and maintenance instructions provided with your comforter.
