Refund Policy

30-Night Free Trial Terms & Conditions


1. Eligibility:This offer is open to all customers who place an order with us. It is valid for new orders only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.


2. Order Placement: To avail of the 30-night free trial, customers must place an order for the product(s) they wish to try. Upon order placement, funds equivalent to the cost of the ordered product(s) will be temporarily frozen. This means that while the amount will be held by us, it will not be deducted from your account unless you decide to keep the product(s) after the trial period.


3. Trial Period: The 30-night trial begins on the day you receive the product(s). We encourage you to use the product(s) as you normally would to get a full experience of its features and benefits.


4. Returns & Refunds: If at any point during the trial period you decide that the product(s) is not right for you, you can return it for a full refund. Please note that the product(s) must be returned in the same condition as received. Upon receipt of the returned product(s), the previously frozen funds will be instantly unfrozen, and you will not be charged.


5. Changes to the Offer: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time without prior notice.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
